The product range of IONOS is subject to change. IONOS is entitled to change products, the scope of products and services and the corresponding prices at its own free discretion. IONOS reserves the right to make errors and mistakes regarding the amount of the reward as well as its presentation in the Aklamio recommendation portal. IONOS reserves the right to adjust the reward structure for individual products at any time without prior notice. An adjustment is usually made when product prices or components change. You are not authorized to act on behalf of IONOS. You are not authorized to accept offers, make or receive declarations on behalf of IONOS. In addition to the standard advertising materials provided by Aklamio, you may only use brands, trademarks and logos of IONOS if and to the extent that written consent has been obtained from IONOS. This applies in particular to the use of brands, trademarks, logos and product names of IONOS in the context of online advertising and here in particular when used as a keyword in the context of advertisements and search engine advertising. Multiple payment of a referral by other fee or commission systems of IONOS is excluded. Only the initial referral of a contract is subject to payment. Further contracts concluded directly between the acquired customer and IONOS, in particular without your involvement, as well as contract extensions of the first mediated contract are not subject to separate payment. IONOS reserves the right to refuse referred orders, in particular if there is an important reason in the person of the referred customer. IONOS will attempt to realize referred orders accordingly. However, IONOS has the right to modify referred orders with regard to performance and/or price with the consent of the referred customer. This is particularly necessary if the product as ordered is not available or only available to a limited extent. The number of referrals is limited to 50 orders per referral and month. IONOS reserves the right not to remunerate referrals exceeding this limit. Commission payment claims for the Cloud Server are possible only when the customer provides a $50 payment to IONOS for the contracted product for a minimum of 60 days (minimum payment period).
Referrals under the IONOS Inc. Referral Program must be made exclusively through the ionos.com website. Referrals through other IONOS country domains, such as ionos.ca, will not be compensated.
