Disclaimer: Quantum Fiber Refer & Earn Program (“Program”) is available to current/new residential and small business customers of Quantum Fiber or non-customer individuals (“Referrers”) referring new, potential customers (“Referees”) to Quantum Fiber for qualifying internet service. Referrers must meet eligibility requirements and receive unique referral code in order to participate. Current employees/representatives, sales agents/leasing agents or partners/affiliates of Quantum Fiber and AT&T, and third-party sellers, resellers, or service managers are not eligible for this Program. Referrers must complete the registration process at quantumfiber.aklamio.com (“Website”) prior to the first referral that results in a completed sale. Qualified referrals for internet (all speeds) are eligible for a $100 cash reward. Referrers and Referees will receive payment (a deposit to PayPal or bank account) after the referral has been qualified/audited and service activated for 60 consecutive days. Referrers may select one of the charities listed on the Website which will receive a separate $10 donation from AT&T after the referral has been qualified/audited and service is activated for 60 consecutive days. If a Referrer earns more than $2,000 in a single calendar year from the Program, Aklamio will report the yearly amount earned to the Internal Revenue Service and mail a 1099-MISC form to the Referrer. Only registered Referrers with qualifying referral/completed sales that include the Referrer’s unique referral code will be eligible for cash reward and charity donation; any referrals outside of the process or missing referral code are void. Qualification for the Program and payment of cash reward and charity donation is at the sole discretion of AT&T. Participation in more than one referral program through AT&T is prohibited. Duplicate referrals of same person and/or address will only be paid one-time and to the first Referrer to refer that Referee/address. Quantum Fiber may change, cancel, or substitute the Program, or vary it by service area, at its sole discretion without notice.
